
Cushman & Wakefield’s groundbreaking Single Family Rentals platform is an innovative way to provide the neighborhood experience without the costs and burden of owning a home. To differentiate this from C&W’s typical commercial real estate offerings, my approach was to reflect the lifestyles of the tenants. Working within the limits of the company’s brand standards, I was able to take a more personal, resident-oriented approach with the design. The result was a hit with clients and stakeholders as the piece clearly communicated a departure from the norm while leveraging C&W’s pedigree as a global real estate leader.
