As a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s multifamily proposal team, a common challenge was to demonstrate our expertise in defining an identity for a development. The Morrow at Piper Village is an apartment community in Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood. Situated near a lake but also in the heart of the city, the branding for The Morrow needed to reflect this rare blend of nature and urban walkability. The resulting campaign shined a light on Cushman & Wakefield’s emerging expertise in the A-class multifamily development space.
